And now, the city’s only ‘true spa, real spa’ is pleased to announce they are teaming up with Monnie Giles National Certified Personal Trainer to bring Spa Boot Camp to Palestine. Spa Boot camp is a results-based outdoor fitness program founded in Palestine that emphasizes interval training and nutrition for both men and women, to help fitness newcomers and athletes alike to maximize workouts and achieve fitness goals. Take your workout outdoors this fall with the Jamie's Therapeutic Touch Spa Bootcamp. All levels are welcome to join, No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this adventure is for you! Spa Boot camp is fun yet challenging workouts that include run/walk, agility training, upper and lower body conditioning, core work and stretching. Professional, national Certified instructor Monnie Giles will keep the workouts fun and exciting, and has over 3 years of teaching experience. Spa Bootcamp knows how to put the fun back into fitness! Training in a group atmosphere gives you added support, teamwork and motivation. Certified personal trainer Monnie has experience training groups of people with different fitness levels and will teach the spa boot camp.
